We request a minimum 24-hour notice for cancellations. You can call or text (208) 607-9509. Grooming appointments that are not cancelled within 24 hours will be charged full price for no-call, no-show, last-minute cancellations.

No-Shows and last-minute cancellations are subject to the full price of the booked service, per pet. Credit/Debit card on file is required for all bookings.  We understand there may be emergency situations; we will take this into consideration and will try to work with you, but not on a repeated basis. Please understand and be respectful of our time as we are a by-appointment business and another client could have taken your booking if we had known sooner.

Yes we offer both! We have a bit more flexibility for scheduling boarding, but are quite often full. Text Uncle Tracy at (208) 607-9509 to inquire about availability. We are in the process of expanding our boarding and daycare facilities to offer the best experience for your dog.

We charge $45 per day. For example:

If you drop off your dog in the morning, they spend the night, and you pick up your dog at the end of the second day, this is considered two days, or $90.

If you drop your dog off in the evening and pick them up the next morning, we might consider that to be one day or $45.

Daycare is $35. If you do not pick up your dog the same day and they spend the night, you will be charged for Boarding, $45 or $90 depending on pick up time.
